He has no idea this event will change the course of his life - or that this accident was no accident at all. His Uncle Ben is murdered just days later, and Peter takes up the mantle of THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN.

🕷 Due to the frequent violence in his life, Peter has a fractured mental state. This means: increased paranoia, panic attacks, anxiety attacks, severe bouts of mania & depression, night terrors / nightmares, bad coping mechanisms, & PTSD episodes.🕷 He has personally experienced CSA, SA, death via extreme violence, death in general, being buried alive, non-consensual removal of body autonomy, & severe harassment.🕷 Peter has only (officially) killed one person in his life, Charlemagne. While the only person to witness this is Wolverine, Peter has since told Matt Murdock about this. The fact that he's killed someone is not common knowledge.🕷 As the Mephisto Deal rewrote the timeline from ages 24-27, there are certain events during the Clone Saga that don't apply, such as Peter & MJ moving to Portland & having a daughter. They were & are never married, & Peter has no recollection of those events ever taking place.🕷 Post-Civil War (Age 27), Post-Mephisto's Deal Doctor Strange's spell both wiped humanity's knowledge of Peter Parker being Spider-man and protected him from discovery. Originally, unless he physically removed his mask it was virtually impossible for a person to make the connection that Peter is Spider-man. After Spider Island, that part of the spell is now redundant, but his identity is still completely wiped from everyone's mind unless he reveals it to a person himself.🕷 ( TRIGGER WARNING FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT) During the Superior Spider-man Arc (Age 31-32), Otto violated Peter's body & mind. He watched private & sexual memories, then used Peter's body to engage in sexual acts. Unlike the writers at Marvel, I don't think this is the kind of topic you introduce & then gloss over.🕷 The events of Spider-man/Deadpool take place well over a year, during ages 33-34. He grows very close to Wade during this time.🕷 I currently write him as not officially part of any team, though he does have relations with both the Avengers & X-Men. 🕷 Peter has a teaching license. He's taught at Midtown High, Jean Gray's School, & Avenger's Academy.🕷 Peter's bisexual awakening was Johnny Storm at age 17. He remained in the closet to others & partially himself until age 22.🕷 The animalistic attraction between Peter & Silk feels a bit inflated & uncomfortable. I'd prefer to retcon it as an intense attraction & not an uncontrollable need to engage in sex.🕷 Due to the inclusion of the Bisexual Agenda, on top of the girlfriends Peter has had over the years, there's a few mlm/queer relationships I see as canon to my interpretation of Peter.1) DAREDEVIL/MATT MURDOCK FWB, longstanding relationship, frequently toed the line of romantic. We can figure it out!🕷 On that same note, Bailey Briggs supposedly enters pre-Otto, so between year 30-31. Canon says in current times Bailey is only 10. In my timeline, that's a 9 year span from then to now. I've decided to establish the timeline as such:

  • Bailey, Age 6, is rescued by Peter, Age 31. He's taken in by Peter until the Superior Spider-man occurrence, causing them to split.

  • They reconnect once Peter reclaims his life, ages 8 & 33.

  • Sometime during the Marked Event (Peter, 37) / while the End of Spider-verse is brewing, Bailey is attacked & removed from the timeline, age 12. A year later he's brought back, still 12.

  • Currently, Peter acts as a guardian of Bailey Briggs (~13). Upon the return of Bailey's mother, Peter continues to act as the second guardian & mentor to Bailey. He has effectively (AND HAS RESTORED MEMORIES OF DOING SO) raised Bailey for almost 6 years.

THE NEW PATH:

  • Eddie & Peter form a tentative friendship / alliance leading up the events of King in Black.

  • After, for a period of six to eight months, Peter's life gets progressive worse. He hits rock bock, & Eddie provides help in the form of a place to stay & someone to talk to. During this time, Peter adjusts to life with Eddie & Dylan Brock, seeing Eddie in an entirely new light as not only a person trying to be better, but a person trying to be the best father he can.

  • Peter & Eddie become romantically entangled. It's slow, strange, & something entirely new. Then, about a month into their fledgling relationship, Eddie Brock goes missing. Peter scrambles to watch over Dylan as their lives all take a turn for the worse.

  • Reuniting after 2-3 months, Eddie is a changed man...but one that Peter has decided to stick around for.

  • Peter, Eddie, & Dylan live together in a townhouse that Eddie now owns. Baily has a room there & lives with them part-time when not with his recently restored mother.

THE NEW PATH:

  • High-strung & something like friends, they fall into a routine of game nights, mildly flirtatious banter & vigilante patrols.

  • Despite his misgivings, worries, & hero complex, Spider-man finds himself reciprocating Deadpool's affectionate gestures. He grows worryingly attracted to Wade.

  • A night of looser morals leads their previously Unresolved Sexual Tension to become very, very resolved.

  • Terrible at communication & unsure of where his mind & heart lie, Peter does not, in fact, seek clarification for what just happened. Even when it keeps happening. Again, & again, & again.

  • Peter (26) reveals he's Spider-man during the Civil War Event. Andie (25) & Peter's identities are finally revealed to each other. REALITY DISTORTION: Andie's memory of this is removed.

  • BRAND NEW DAY EVENT. Results in timeline rewrite via Mephisto's Deal & reality distortion via Doctor Strange's spell. Peter (27) pulls away from Andie out of guilt & fear.

THE NEW PATH:

  • Spider-Man & Superman, for the most part, forget about each other to the best of their abilities. Until a cataclysm affecting the world draws heroes from all over together, & they find themselves working on a team.

  • Years go by, & both heroes becomes something like friendly hero acquaintances. Their irritation fades into distant memory with every impromptu meet-up, but they never toe the line of actual "friends", keeping their identities under wraps.

  • 16 years later, Peter (38) is out at the park with Bailey (12), when they meet Clark (41) & Jon (10) Kent. When it becomes obvious that Bailey & Jon are becoming fast friends, Peter & Clark keep in contact at their sons' request.

  • Clark, who realizes Peter is Spider-Man via his super-senses, confronts Peter later & reveals his own identity as Superman. As they spend more time together as real friends & fathers, Peter begins to catch feelings for Clark.

  • About a year later, Clark (42) asks out Peter (39) at a bridge in Centennial Park & they begin dating.

  • Clark becomes pregnant a few months into dating, sparking a lot of deep conversations & changes in both their lives. In the end, they go house-hunting in the countryside before the birth.

  • Twin girls, Eliana Mary & Lucia Lana are born. Clark (43), Peter (40), Kon (28), Bailey (14), Jon (12).

  • A year & a bit into their new life together, Peter proposes. Just a few months later, in late July, Clark (45) & Peter (42) get married.

  • Clark & Peter discuss having more children, but this time using the eggs Peter is capable of laying. He pulls some strings & with the help of the F4's resources, sets out to research how to combine their DNA.

  • The following spring twin girls, Maya Martha & Lara May are hatched. Peter (43), Clark (46), Kon (31), Bailey (17), Jon (15), Eliana & Lucia (3).

  • Their son, Jordan Asher, is hatched. Clark (51), Peter (48), Kon (36), Bailey (22), Jon (20), Eliana & Lucia (8), Maya & Lara (5).

  • Peter & Clark have come to a compromise with their living situation: they own a big, old farmhouse out in the Kansas countryside, officially "living" there.
